December, of course, is a busy month for us. This year we went to Long Island and stayed with Virginia, better known as GG, for a few days. After celebrating both holidays up in Maine, we went to Massachusetts for Christmas (having a spooky Christmas Eve dinner on the way, in some random Chili's off the Mass Pike). The cousins had a great time playing together (and opening presents). Back in Maine, we hosted the first party at our new house. One of Eva's old teachers has moved to Utah, and had returned for a visit; the party was a get-together so she could see old friends from the school all at once.
